Andrew Berkey, Operations Manager at Jamestown Area Ambulance- Ringdahl EMS, will be speaking about EMS services in rural areas, supporting emergency service providers and employees. Andrew is the recipient of the 2023 North Dakota EMS Association Media Award. He "brings awareness to the community using creative media techniques about important issues facing EMS."
