Please join the Stutsman County Human Rights Coalition in welcoming Brad Mills, as he addresses the topic of substance use and abuse and the various resources that are available to the community right here in Jamestown. Brad has worked in the Technology Services Department at VCSU since 1999 and is currently the Associate Director of Enterprise Systems. He lives in Jamestown with his wife Dede. Their daughter Amber also lives in Jamestown. Brad also serves on the board of the SCHRC as Secretary.
